As our products are freshly made products, returns will only be accepted on the same day.
Please ensure your order is checked when collected.
If there are any missing items or inconsistencies with your order you need to report it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day, preferably within one hour of collection. Supply the best contact number for us to reach you. If you do not hear back from us you can call us on 07903118142. We will need written notice of the request so please follow the procedure above.
If upon collection you notice your order contains products not ordered by you (for example, the flavour is incorrect) or the order is incomplete, you must notify us at collection so we can correct it for you.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement of products but no refund will be made once you have left with the order.
We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you have any concern regarding the quality of the HorseChoux it needs to be returned with a minimum of 50% size of it with the original box. If not, a replacement or refund will not be made.
If you need to cancel or amend your order you should contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once production is in progress.
